Warranty
Our Hot Octopuss products come with a standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
Here's how it works:
If your toy is not working how you think it should, email us at customer.support@hotoctopuss.com.
We will run through some troubleshooting to see if we can fix your problem. Otherwise we will exchange your faulty item for a working replacement of the same model or an equal alternative.
Terms and Conditions apply:
- A proof of purchase (an itemised dated receipt) is essential for warranty service.
- Only items sold by authorised Hot Octopuss retailers, will be covered under warranty. Items bought from eBay or similar marketplace style sales sites are not covered. We recommend contacting the third party for a replacement as it can save you a lot of time!
- Warranty claims are for exchange only, not refunds.
- Items returned MUST be accompanied by an Hot Octopuss RA form. Items returned without RA documentation from Hot Octopuss customer support will be disposed of and no claim will be processed.

Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you purchase a Hot Octopuss product directly from us and you don’t get the kind pleasure from your new toy that we know our products can give, we want to try to fix that. Chances are your issue can be easily remedied.
WE BELIEVE IN PLEASURE FOR EVERY BODY.
Not every toy is going to work for every person’s anatomy. If your purchase seems to be incompatible, please allow us to offer some advice, and if that doesn’t work we will be happy to exchange* your toy for another.
In order to initiate a Satisfaction claim, please click here to contact customer support within 45 days of receiving your sex tech product. This will open a case with our customer service team, and they will support you having the best experience possible with your purchase
*Any exchanges are available once a case is raised with the customer service team and subject to the original Hot Octopuss item being returned using a tracked service. Final decisions are completely at the discretion of our customer service specialists. Exchanges/returns are not accepted on lubricant/gels. Exchanged items are NOT eligible for Satisfaction claims.
