Shipping estimates are based on business days from dispatch. This means national holidays and weekends are not included. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. Please note: Shipping estimates do not include customs clearing time.
Orders outside of the United States, United Kingdom and Australia may be subject to certain import customs, duties, and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us at customer.support@hotoctopuss.com to report this. We have a limited window for tracking and re-sending missing orders.

Delivery Information
If upon receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged, opened, or its contents are missing, please take a photograph of the damaged packaging and send it to our customer support staff on customer.support@hotoctopuss.com. If you are at home during the delivery write “Damaged/Opened/Missing content” and refuse the package when delivered by the carrier.
Please note: Due to an increase in doorstep piracy, as a small company, we are not able to take liability and responsibility for parcels that are stolen from unmanned or unsecure delivery locations. This includes homes with no secure delivery box, and apartment blocks with a shared entrance. Please ensure your delivery location is secure, or there is someone to accept your delivery. If an order goes missing but is shown as delivered, and we decide to send a replacement, we cannot refund on this second shipment, even if it is unopened.
