How To Enhance Your Orgasm Zones

My lab’s study showed that the various genital regions (clitoris, vagina, cervix, and nipples) have their separate pathways to the place in the brain that receives and processes sensations from the genitals.

By adding simultaneous stimulation to more genital regions to the mix, a wider area of the brain’s genital sensation center is activated, creating more intense sensations as they blend and combine, enhancing our sexual experience and increasing our orgasmic potential.

In particular, scientific literature has demonstrated that stimulation of the anterior wall of the vagina in the region known as the G-spot can trigger powerful orgasms in women who enjoy the stimulation.

Based on the intensity of the orgasms described, it is possible that practicing stimulation of the this area through regular masturbation and other forms of sexual activity may likely strengthen the connections between this region and the pleasure centers of the brain, possibly potentiating the ability to experience high levels of pleasure and orgasm through sexual intercourse.

The following are tips for how to enhance and increase the intensity level of your erotic experience.

General practices to enhance all orgasm intensity

– Practice Kegel exercises on a regular basis. If you prefer clitoral stimulation during masturbation or oral sex, here are some suggestions for how you can increase its intensity:

– Add breast/nipple stimulation to the mix. Rationale: A study I conducted showed that stimulation of the breasts and nipples turns on the same pleasure places in the brain that receive sensations for our genitals and thus can increase the pleasure and intensity of genital stimulation.

– Rhythmically rock your pelvis during stimulation to increase blood flow rather than keep your body stiff.

– Intentionally and rhythmically contract your pelvic floor muscles during stimulation.
