1. The Promotion

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Hot Octopuss Fall Giveaway (the “Promotion”) run by Hot Octopuss (the “Promoter”).

1.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. The Promotion is a random prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2.2. Entrants must be members of the r/HotOctopuss subreddit at the time of entry and when winners are selected.

2.3. Employees of Hot Octopuss, its parent companies, subsidiaries, agencies, contractors, representatives, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the Promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of age, identity or residency.

2.5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion opens on Monday, 14 September 2026 at 10:00 PM UK time (BST).

3.2. The Promotion closes on Friday, 25 September 2026 at 12:00 PM UK time (BST) (the “Closing Date”).

3.3. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be eligible.

3.4. The Promotion will run for 11 days, from the opening time until the Closing Date.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must:

• Be a member of r/HotOctopuss; and

• Comment on the official Hot Octopuss giveaway post on r/HotOctopuss, stating which eligible Hot Octopuss product they would choose if they won.

4.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.3. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

4.4. Each eligible participant may submit one entry only.

4.5. Entries must be submitted through the official giveaway post during the Promotion Period.

4.6. Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

4.7. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that are abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, spam, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate for the r/HotOctopuss community.

5. Prizes

5.1. There will be six (6) winners.

5.2. Each winner will receive one (1) personalised 50% discount code to use towards the purchase of one eligible Hot Octopuss product through the applicable Amazon marketplace.

5.3. Each winner may choose one (1) product from the following six eligible products:

• PULSE QUEEN

• PULSE DUO

• ATOM PLUS

• PULSE SOLO LUX

• JETT

• PULSE DRAGON EYE

5.4. The 50% discount applies to the eligible product selected by the winner and is limited to one product per winner.

5.5. The prize does not include any additional products, accessories, delivery charges, taxes, customs duties or other costs unless expressly stated.

5.6. The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash or another monetary alternative.

5.7. The discount code cannot be sold, resold or transferred to another person.

5.8. The discount code may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer unless expressly stated by Hot Octopuss.

5.9. All prizes are subject to product availability on the applicable Amazon marketplace.

5.10. If the winner’s selected product is unavailable, Hot Octopuss may offer the winner another eligible product from the list above.

5.11. Winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. Once issued, the discount code must be redeemed within thirty (30) days.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. Six (6) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2. Winners will be selected using RedditRaffler.com.

6.3. The random selection will take place after the Promotion closes on 25 September 2026.

6.4. The Promoter will retain reasonable records of the eligible entries and winner selection process.

6.5. The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and winner selection is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Notification

7.1. The six (6) winners will be announced on the original giveaway post on r/HotOctopuss using their Reddit usernames.

7.2. Winners will also be contacted privately via Reddit chat/DM with instructions on how to claim their prize.

7.3. Winners must follow the claim instructions provided in their private winner notification within seven (7) days of being notified.

7.4. Winners may be asked to confirm:

• Their Reddit username;

• Their eligibility and age;

• Their country of residence;

• Any other information reasonably required to issue and fulfil the prize.

7.5. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot reasonably be contacted, fails to provide the required information, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7.6. Any alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Redemption

8.1. Once the winner’s eligibility and selected product have been confirmed, Hot Octopuss will provide the winner with their personalised 50% discount code.

8.2. The winner is responsible for using the code correctly and within thirty (30) days of issue.

8.3. The discount code is intended for use by the winning entrant only and must not be shared, sold or transferred.

8.4. The discount code is subject to the applicable Amazon marketplace’s terms and conditions.

8.5. Hot Octopuss is not responsible for technical issues, changes to Amazon’s website, product availability, delivery issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent or delay redemption of the code.

9. No Purchase Necessary

9.1. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the Promotion.

9.2. Purchasing a Hot Octopuss product, subscribing to a service, or making any other purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

10. Personal Data

10.1. Personal information provided by entrants will be used only where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and fulfil prizes, and in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy.

10.2. Entrants should not post personal, financial or sensitive information publicly in the Reddit giveaway comments.

10.3. Winners should provide any information required for prize fulfilment only through the private contact method specified by the Promoter.

11. Reddit

11.1. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Reddit.

11.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Reddit.

11.3. Reddit is released from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Amazon

12.1. Amazon is not a sponsor, administrator or partner of this Promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.

12.2. The Promotion is independent of Amazon.

12.3. Discount codes are subject to the applicable Amazon marketplace’s terms and conditions.

13. Disqualification

13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:

• Has breached these Terms & Conditions;

• Has provided false or misleading information;

• Has attempted to enter more than once;

• Has used automated or fraudulent means to enter;

• Has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion or winner selection process; or

• Has otherwise acted unfairly or improperly in relation to the Promotion.

13.2. The Promoter reserves the right to remove comments that breach the rules of r/HotOctopuss or Reddit.

14. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

14.1. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to operate the Promotion as described in these Terms & Conditions.

14.2. Where circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make this necessary, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion.

14.3. The Promoter will not make changes that materially disadvantage entrants without good reason.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or otherwise unable to be processed due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

15.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

16.1. For entrants resident in the United Kingdom, these Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable in the entrant’s jurisdiction of residence.

16.2. For entrants resident in the United States, applicable federal and state laws apply.

16.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights that entrants may have under applicable consumer protection law.
